Batch 01

Class 8 is the year mathematics stops being arithmetic and starts being reasoning. Algebra becomes a language, geometry starts demanding proof, and a student who is merely quick at calculation begins to slip. Foundation Live is built for exactly that turn.
We follow the NCTB textbook exercise by exercise. Nothing exotic, nothing skipped, and no shortcut method that works this year and collapses in Class 9.
Classes run 4:30 PM to 5:45 PM on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday — after school hours, before evening study time, so homework and family dinner stay untouched. Batch 01 takes forty students, which is small enough that every child is called on by name in the live class.
Sixty live sessions between 12 April and 31 October 2026, with breaks for school examinations and public holidays. The textbook is finished by session fifty; the last ten are revision and annual-examination practice.
Every session is recorded. A student who misses a Wednesday for a school test can watch that night and still submit the same homework.
The teaching order is deliberate, and it is the same every day so that an eight-grader always knows what is coming next.

After several batches, the pattern is consistent, and each of these gets its own dedicated week rather than a passing mention.
Algebraic fractions — losing a sign or a denominator in the middle of a long simplification
Word problems, where the mathematics is easy but the sentence was misread
Geometry proofs written as observations instead of statements with reasons
Compound interest applied year by year without understanding why the base changes
Unit conversion in volume, where students convert length correctly and forget to cube it
A short weekly test every Thursday, twenty marks, returned before the weekend. Marks matter less than the error tag we attach — conceptual, careless, or incomplete — because the fix for each is different.
Three full model examinations mirror the school annual paper in length and mark distribution, so the first time your child writes a three-hour maths paper is not in the examination hall.
Guardians receive a progress summary every month: attendance, homework submission, test trend and the single topic we recommend practising at home.

Doubts can be posted any time in the course thread with a photo of the handwritten attempt. Teachers reply the same evening, and a solution is never just an answer — it points to the step where the work went wrong.
A free doubt-clearing class runs every Friday morning for anyone who wants it, and it is used most heavily in the weeks before school examinations.
A student who leaves Class 8 fluent in algebra and comfortable with proof finds Class 9 ordinary rather than frightening. That is the entire ambition of this batch.
