Batch 01 — Winter Cohort

Every year thousands of young people in Bangladesh open a Fiverr account, wait three months for an order that never arrives, and quietly conclude that freelancing was a rumour. The gap is almost never talent. It is that nobody showed them what a client actually buys.
The Winter Cohort of Batch 01 is a twelve-week, entirely live bootcamp that takes a complete beginner from no profile to a delivered paid order. It is practical, unglamorous and deadline-driven, because that is what the work is.
Weeks one to three are shared by everyone: how the marketplaces really rank sellers, how to read a job post, how to write English that reads like a professional rather than a translation.
From week four you pick one skill track and go deep — design, web, content, video or virtual assistance. You still attend the shared business sessions, so you learn pricing and client handling alongside people selling completely different services.
Weeks 1–3: marketplace fundamentals, profile, niche selection and client English
Weeks 4–7: your chosen skill track, taught through three graded build projects
Weeks 8–9: portfolio assembly, gig publishing and proposal sprints with live critique
Weeks 10–11: real bidding under supervision, with proposals reviewed before you send them
Week 12: delivery, payment withdrawal, review management and your next ninety days
Choose one at the end of week three. Recordings of the other tracks stay available to you.
Graphics and brand — Canva and Figma, social kits, thumbnails, logo basics
Web — HTML, CSS, WordPress, and shipping a five-page business site
Content and SEO — briefs, article structure, keyword-aware writing, editing
Video — CapCut and Premiere Pro, reels, subtitles, podcast cuts
Virtual assistance and data — Sheets, Excel, lead research, inbox and calendar work
No track is treated as the easy one. Data entry taught properly is a real trade with real repeat clients, and it is often the fastest first income for someone still in university.
Thirty-six live sessions, three evenings a week from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday, timed for students who have classes and for people finishing a nine-to-five.
Live teaching begins 2 March 2026 and runs for twelve weeks — lighter through the closing fortnight of Ramadan, paused for Eid, then at full pace. The cohort space, office hours and every recording stay open to you until 31 August 2026, which is the window most people actually land their first orders in.
Sessions are taught by working freelancers, not career trainers. Every mentor shows their own live marketplace dashboard at least once, including the orders they lost and why.
The last two weeks cover the part most tutorials skip: connecting Payoneer, receiving remittance into a Bangladeshi bank account, the Freelancer ID card application, and what a freelancer needs to know about income tax and the remittance incentive.
You will also learn the boring protections — written scope, milestone payments, and never starting work outside the platform for a stranger who promises to pay after delivery.
I joined right after HSC with zero design experience. In week ten I got my first paid thumbnail order, and by month four I was covering my own university expenses. The proposal reviews were the turning point — my first thirty bids were terrible and nobody had told me. — Tanvir H., Rajshahi
Each build project is reviewed against a client-style brief with a pass or revise decision. A revise is not a failing grade; it is exactly what a client would have sent back, and it teaches faster than a mark out of ten.
Between sessions, the doubt thread stays open for profile reviews, proposal drafts and pricing questions. Mentors answer on weekday evenings, and one weekend office hour each week handles anything that needs a screen share.
The Winter Cohort takes one hundred learners and stops there, so that every proposal submitted in weeks ten and eleven can still be read individually before it goes out. Tuition is ৳9,500, payable in up to six installments across the programme. If you want a certificate to hang on a wall, this is the wrong place. If you want a first paid order, enrol.
