About this product
The complete Class 9 and Class 10 mathematics syllabus condensed into a single printed volume you can carry to a class, a coaching session or an examination hall. It is built for the student who has already sat through the lessons and now needs one place to find everything again quickly, without turning over a textbook chapter to locate a formula they half remember. The book follows the NCTB chapter order exactly, so it sits alongside whatever your school is teaching rather than asking you to reorganise your revision around it. Open to any chapter and the structure is identical: the formulas and identities first, then the methods, then the solved board questions. Once you have used it twice you stop searching and simply know where to look. Each chapter opens with a formula page — every identity, rule and standard result you are expected to have memorised for that chapter, set out on one spread with nothing else competing for attention. These pages are designed to be revised on their own in the last week before an examination, when there is no longer time to read explanations. After the formulas come the methods, including the shortcuts that save real time under exam pressure. Where a shortcut exists, the book gives you both it and the full method side by side, and says plainly when the shortcut is not safe to use. A shortcut applied to a question it does not fit costs more marks than the slow method ever would, and most books that sell on shortcuts never mention that. The largest part of each chapter is solved board questions from the last ten years, arranged by topic rather than by year. Sorting by year tells you nothing useful. Sorting by topic shows you immediately which parts of a chapter the board actually asks about, and which parts have never once appeared. Every solution is worked out in full. No step is compressed into a "therefore", no line is left for the reader to reconstruct. Where a question can reasonably be approached two ways, both are shown, because the method that feels natural to you is the one you will remember at eight in the morning in an examination hall. Physically it is a softcover volume of roughly 320 pages, trimmed slightly narrower than a textbook so it fits into a bag beside one. The paper is chosen to take ballpoint and gel ink without bleeding through, and the outer margin is wide enough to work a step in. The binding is stitched, so it lies flat on a desk rather than snapping shut every time you let go. Used well, this is not a book you read. Work the board question yourself in the margin first, then check the solution. Reading a worked solution feels like learning and almost never is. The students who gain the most from this book are the ones whose copy ends the year full of their own handwriting. One honest limitation: this is a reference and practice companion, not a teaching text. It assumes you have already been taught the chapter, whether by a school teacher, a Bikiron course or a private tutor. If you are meeting a topic for the first time, learn it properly somewhere else and then come here to consolidate it.
